PURPOSE: To avoid carry-over phenomena and to make it possible to perform continuous, effective inspections by sequentially recovering reaction cells, wherein specimens are inspected, on a reaction table, and continuously supplying new reaction cells.
CONSTITUTION: With a cell moving means 5, a reaction table 2 is rotated by one pitch of the set interval of 360 degrees + a reaction cell 1 for every unit cycle. The cell 1 is sequentially supplied with a cell supplying means 3 to a cell supplying stage ST1 for every unit cycle. At a specimen distributing stage ST2,the specified specimen is distributed into the cell 1 with a specimen sampling means 4. At a reagent supplying stage ST3, the specified reagent is sequentially distributed into the cell l at every unit cycle with a reagent distributing means 6. At each cell 1, the reaction between the specimen and the reagent is measured with an optical measuring means 7 when the cell 1 passes a measuring stage ST4. A cell recovering means 9 sequentially recovers the cell 1 wherein the specimen is inspected, at a cell recovering stage ST5. Therefore, a space for setting the new cell 1 is secured on the table, and the cells are sequentially 3 until a series of the inspections are finished. Thus, the analyzing operation is not interrupted.
