PURPOSE: To enable printing out of the results measured at different time with different devices on the patient's application slip for analysis without errors by recognizing and identifying the specimen's number, etc. in the case of processing multi-term simultaneous analysis by a simultaneous measurement system.
CONSTITUTION: Report paper 8 of an application slip on which items applied for inspection, etc. are entered is attached to a specimen vessel 7 in common use as a sampling vessel. The ID number 9 specific to the patient consisting of bar codes is noted thereon. The ID number 9 is read by an optical read pen 13a which reads plural intervals between the bars. The read number is inputted to a control device 10 via an ID identifying device 6a and is stored thereon. The data detected with a photodetector 25 is collated with the stored ID number 9 in the device 10 and is printed and displayed together with the data of an electrode type measuring unit 2 and a flow biochemical analysis unit 12 by a printer 11 on a report card 8 in common use as an application slip. Since the device is constituted in the above-mentioned way, the quick and simultaneous measurement of the multiple terms in the emmergent inspection of the blood of an emmergency case, etc. is made possible without error in the specimen data.
