Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility in order to realize a flexible production system by constituting the system mainly of robots.
CONSTITUTION: A case 2 is supplied onto a case positioning device 14 by a case handling robot 17, while, after substrates 5 and 6 on a substrate positioning device 15 are assembled together by a substrate positioning robot 18, they are attached as they are on the case 2 by the robots 18. A finished good 1 is transferred while being gripped by a finished good transfer robot 19. On the way of transferring the good 1, it is set on an acoustic inspection post 16 to be checked for sounding.
