To provide an automatic assembly and disassembly system which can utilize disassembled parts again effectively and cope with both of assembly work and disassembly work softly without changing the direction of a line, in the system for automatically assembling and automatically disassembling the product by an automatic machine for carrying out plural works automatically.
In this system, it is judged from the part carried in an automatic machine whether the work to be carried out is an assembly work or disassembly work (S1) and the automatic assembly and product inspection of the parts (S3-S4) in response to its result or a part inspection while disassembling are carried out and the work for sorting the parts to be utilized again (S7, S8) is carried out selectively and the sorted parts utilized again is utilized again as the part at the assembly time. Further, by utilizing again after disassembling the part judged that it can not be utilized again at the part inspection at the disassembly time finely upto its chip part level and inspecting the chip part whether the chip part can be utilized again, the disassembled parts are utilized again as much as possible.
