To save energy and reduce an electricity charge by turning on a display part when lighting time being set by a time-setting means comes and turning off all or one portion of the display at a display part when lights-out time is reached.
The on/off time of a display part 51 is set by a time-setting switch in advance. A display part 51 of a bathroom remote controller 21 is not an (S401). It is judged whether time that needs to be displayed on the remote controller such as bathing time has come or not (S402). When the time has not come yet, the display part 51 returns to a lights-out state (S401). When the time has come, the display part 51 of the remote controller is turned on (S403). Then, it is judged whether time that needs not be displayed on the remote controller such as the time when bathing ended has come to a preset time or not (S404). When the preset time has not come, the display part 51 of the remote controller is turned on (S403). When the time has come, the display part 51 of the remote controller is turned off (S405). In this manner, the display part 51 can be turned on only when needed.
