Abstract:
PURPOSE:In a hydraulic machine where two hydraulic cylinders are operated by a single pressure oil source, to always obtain the optimum control characteristic by adjusting gain for each system independently of adjusting the time when the hydraulic system of each cylinder occupies a common pressure oil source. CONSTITUTION:A tilt cylinder 4 and a lift cylinder 5 are driven by operating oil from a common pressure source 6. In case of a bulldozer 1 where each main valve 7, 8 attached to each cylinder 4, 5 is tandem connected, respective main valves 7, 8 are driven by servo actuators 22, 23 of each system. The time when the servo actuator 23 of the tilt system having a high hydraulic priority is controlled by a pulse where the absolute value of lift deviation is PWM-modulated. That is, the lift deviation which is an output of a deviation amplifier 9 is added through an absolute value circuit 24 and an amplifier 25 to a PWM circuit 26, and the absolute value of lift deviation is pulse-width modulated to control a switching circuit 27.
