Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute the opening/closing in a short time, and also, to miniaturize the device by setting one end as a fixed end and attaching the other end to an output shaft, and providing a torsion bar twisted in the opening direction in a state that a toilet seat lid, etc., are closed.
CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar 10 is attached by fixing both ends between an output shaft 17 and a frame 10a, respectively. This torsion bar 10 is attached so that a torsion of 90 degrees is generated in the torsion bar 10 in a state that a toilet seat lid and a toilet seat are closed. In such a way, in a state that the toilet seat, etc., are closed, spring force of the torsion bar 10 is exerted on the direction for opening the toilet seat.
