PURPOSE: To provide a device for automatically polishing and continuously polishing needles used for polishing for a polish working machine for holes of die used for working of metal wire rod.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic die polishing device comprises polishing needle parts 3 arranged around one rotating shaft at equal circumferential intervals, die 10 set parts 9 set oppositely to the polishing needle parts 3, and grinder parts 11 set oppositely to the polishing needle parts. It is provided with a drive device 4 which moves the polishing needle parts 3 forward to and backward from the die set parts 9, and drive devices 6 and 7 which rotate and vibrate in vertical direction the polishing needles, and the die set parts are provided with drive devices 33 and 34 for rotating dies. Also it is provided with a drive device which moves the grinder parts to the polishing needles located at the upper part of the grinder parts. Thus the removal and reset operations for the polishing needles are eliminated, and a series of operations for polishing of dies which have been performed by man-power can be automated.
