Abstract:
To provide an automatic e-mail replying device which responds in real time without waiting when an e-mail is received and a receiver not reply.
An automatic e-mail replying setting means 101 selects whether an e-mail is replied automatically or not and sets a message when automatic reply is set. A CPU 103 stores the message in a message memory 102. An analyzing means of sender 105 detects an e-mail address of a sender from the e-mail received by an e-mail receiving means 104. The CPU 103 combines the e-mail address with stored message and sends the message to the e-mail address using a replying means 106.
