PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform the work for a bead, and improve the workability by serially arranging a feeding stand wherein a bead having an apex and a loading arm for a joining preventive member are provided, a bead feeding device, a bead locking stand device, and a completed bead taking-out device. SOLUTION: On a steel reinforcing member affixing-forming machine 1, a feeding stand 10, a bead feeding device 20, a bead locking stand device 50, and a completed bead taking-out device 60 are serially provided. Then, from loading arms 11a, 11b of the feeding stand 10, a bead having an apex and a joining preventive member are respectively taken out, and they are held by a bead having apex holding means, and a joining preventive member holding means, and are delivered to respective delivering mechanisms of the bead feeding means 20. Then, from bead locking drums 51a, 51b of the bead locking stand device 50, a completed bead for which a steel reinforcing member is affixed, and the joining preventive member from the bead feeding device 20 are received by the taking-out arm of the completed bead taking-out device 60, and the completed bead is stacked.
