Abstract:

To reduce effects on parts recognition due to clearance between a diffusion plate and a suction nozzle penetrating it and surely recognize the parts by making the maximum diameter of tapered surface which is formed, larger in diameter from the suction surface of the tip of the suction nozzle toward its upper side, to be larger than that of a through-hole.

A suction nozzle 41 is arranged on a concentric circle in which a nozzle holder 42 turns on vertical axis as the center. The tip of the suction nozzle 41 has a shape where the conical tip is cut, namely, it has a tapered surface 55, and the maximum diameter of the tapered surface 55 is made larger than the diameter of a through-hole of a diffusion plate 54 which is fitted to the lower end of the nozzle holder 42 where a nozzle body 49 penetrates, and the through-hole is covered with the tapered surface 55 viewed from the lower side. In addition, when the surface 55 is housed within a loading head 31, it is arranged so as not to hit against the diffusion plate 54.
