To provide a system/method for automatic mail distribution which allows a company providing a service to provide the newest information required by a target (member) in real time to the target (member) and to distribute information to a limited area.

The personal information of a member and a person desiring information provision is registered in a registration server in advance. A positional information management server monitors a target entering an area designated by a positional information detecting function on the basis of the registered personal information, and when confirming the target, the server informs the registration server of the presence of the target. Then, the registration server informs a mail distribution server of the registered information desired by the target. On the basis of the information, the mail distribution server transmits the desired information to the mobile communication terminal of the target.
