Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform accurate, quick analysis and management by adopting a flow injection analysis method (FIA), diluting samples into specified concentrations before introduction into an analyzer, and dividing and treating soluble and insoluble components.

CONSTITUTION: Samples (a) are introduced into a clad ion dividing and treating device 2 to which a sample checking line 1 is connected. Dividing and treating steps for every configuration of element components are performed continuously and automatically by the decomposing effects and filtering functions of ultra sonic waves and microwaves by using small amounts of the samples. For the high concentration sample, the concentration is automatically detected. The concentration is diluted into a measurable concentration in a broad-range- concentration diluting device 3. The pretreated samples are sent into high sensi tivity FIAs 4a - 4j online and analyzed. Then, the output signals from the device 4 are inputted into a CPU 5. The component of the sample is measured and analyzed by a specified computation. Therefore, the required time for this period is about 10 minutes. The obtained data are accumulated and fed back or utilized for judging abnormality and for countermeasure data.
