Abstract:

PURPOSE: To embody the energy conservation and labor conservation by automatically conducting start of peripheral equipment by time setting to molding stop after cleaning of a nozzle and start of a timer of next operation.
CONSTITUTION: In order to automatically operate injection molding, operating steps are divided in order to a peripheral equipment and injection molding machine starting step 1, a molding preparing step 2, an injection molding machine operating step 3, a molding stop preparing step 4 and a molding stop 5, start of operation is so time-set as to sequentially start a series of the steps from the start of the equipment. It is so systematized as to be sequentially transferred from time-setting a timer in the case of starting the equipment and the machine, by a completion confirmation signal of the previous step in the case of the steps 2, 3 and the top 5 and completion of set shot of the previous step or time-setting in the case of the step 4. A timer of setting next operation starting time is started by the confirmation of the stop 5.
