Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic payout method and device for a roll sheet capable of feeding the roll sheet stably and accurately.
SOLUTION: The automatic payout device for roll sheet has a pair of feed rollers 32 and 34 to pay out the roll sheet 20 fed continuously from a roll of the roll sheet 20 and a drive device to rotate the feed roller 34. The arrangement includes a cutter 50 to cut the paid-out sheet 20 automatically and a paper receptacle 22 to fold up the cut sheets 20 in zigzag form by its own weight. A payout amount control means makes automatic control of the sheet 20 paid out forward by the feed rollers 32 and 34 so that its length corresponding to one unit of use is paid out, and after cutting the sheet 20 by the cutter 50, the drive device is further operated to pay out the sheet 20 for a specified amount. A cartridge 52 is formed from a non-conductive member electrically, and cutting edges 54 and 55 are mounted on the cartridge 52 in the condition insulated from the surrounding members.
