To provide an automatic photographing apparatus capable of preventing a temperature rise in a photographing space efficiently with less space.
In the automatic photographing apparatus, an opening is made in the center of a fixed plate 43 disposed in the lower part (face in the direction of photographing space 2) of a fan unit 40 and serves as an air intake port 45. In addition, an opening is also made in the upper part (face in the direction of the outside of the apparatus) of the fan unit 40 and serves as an exhaust port 46. The fan unit 40 sucks air in the photographing space 2 via the intake port 45 and emits sucked air to the outside of the apparatus via the exhaust port 46, by driving a motor 48 in the center of a fan 41, thereby rotating an impeller around the rotation shaft of the fan 41.
