PURPOSE: To leave a message by automatically dealing with a guest and recording the voice and picture of the guest.

CONSTITUTION: When the guest pushes a bell button 4 as a means to activate the device, a voice output device 3 deals with the guest through a control circuit 2. Then, a picture and voice recording and reproducing device 1 is operated to record the picture signal from a camera 7 and the voice signal from a microphone 5, and the message of the guest is left. When a sensor 6 as a means to stop the device detects the guest and the guest goes away, the operation of the entire device is finished through the control circuit 2. Thus, it is possible to automatically deal with the guest while a user is absent, to leave the message of the guest and to confirm who the guest is, and therefore, there is an effect upon the guest as well.
