Title:
AUTOMATIC PLAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3499672
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To end the playing of automatic accompaniment effectively for playing without consuming a memory for storing ending patterns with simple constitution by controlling the playing in such a manner that the playing ends after reading the musical tones appropriate for a listener to call to mind of the end of the playing out of the playing patterns and producing these tones at a prescribed length if there is an instruction for ending the playing.
SOLUTION: A normal pattern is selected again after the normal pattern and the playing is repeated while the ordinary playing is executed. A fill-in pattern is inserted during playing by the normal pattern when a fill-in switch is pressed. The ending processing to end the playing by 'maintaining the sound production of the musical tones at the head of the normal pattern → fill-in pattern → normal pattern' is performed when an ending switch is pressed. For example, the playing is ended after playing is performed by maintaining the sound production of the notes (* mark) at the head of the normal pattern for the prescribed period of time (for example, for a half measure).
