To provide the specific information to only a specific user member by producing automatically an HTML statement on the center server side based on the new and updated information on users which are inputted from the WWW browser side and displaying an automatically updated home page via a WWW browser.

The communication software 2 accesses a center 4 via the operation of a personal computer terminal 1 and acquires the control information from the center 4. Then the software 2 sends the encipherment data, i.e., the user ID information to a WWW browser 3 together with the URL information. In this case, the data to be sent to the browser 3 are concealed and inquired of a center server 6 from each WEB site 5 to authenticate a user. Then the server 6 sends the form HTML information to the browser 3, and an HTML statement is automatically produced on the side of the browser 3. Thus, an updated home page is displayed to the browser 3.
