PURPOSE: To provide an automatic rice boiler provided with a rice-cleaning machine for household use, in which rice is cleaned and boiled automatically.
CONSTITUTION: The title rice boiler has a rice chest part in which rice is held, a rice-cleaning part 3 in which the rice introduced from the rice chest part is cleaned in the state of no-water, a rice boiling part 6 wherein the rice is boiled by heating a boiling vessel 63 by a heating means, in which case both the rice cleaned in the rice-cleaning part 3 and water are put therein and a lid is put thereon, a throwing-in part 5 by which the rice cleaned in the rice-cleaning part 3 is thrown in the vessel 63 through a throwing pipe 55, and a control part for controlling rice boiling action in the rice boiling part 6, in which action the rice thrown-in through the throwing-in part 5 is boiled in the vessel 63 according to sequence predetermined. In addition, the rice boiler is so composed that both a vessel-driving mechanism 70 for vertically moving the vessel 63 and a pipe-driving mechanism 50 for putting the throwing pipe 55 in the rice boiling part 6 and putting it out are provided, the vessel 63 is lowered by the vessel-driving mechanism 70 and the rice cleaned is thrown in the vessel 63 through the throwing pipe 55 by the pipe-driving mechanism 50, following which the throwing pipe 55 is put out and the vessel 63 is raised and is brought into contact with the lid fastened to the rice boiling part 6, and thus the rice is boiled.
