This automatic guidance system using the Internet is provided with the user computer for inputting question information for inquiring the telephone number or the name of the telephone destination and the whereabouts, a center computer for retrieving the contents to be responded on the basis of the question information and for transmitting retrieval results and the Internet for connecting the user computer with the center computer.
