PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of noise and the deterioration of sound quality, to facilitate music reproduction and to improve customer service by reproducing guide words and music which are previously registered by means of a compact disk device.

CONSTITUTION: A sensor 7 is arranged on the front surface of the device mainbody and transmits a signal to a control part 2 by sensing that a customer is approaching. The control part 2 stops the reproduction of BGM which has been played till that time and instructs the compact disk device(CD) 3 to reproduce service guide voice. When the customer starts operating with a keyboard 6 and CRT 5, the control part 2 instructs for the reproduction of operation guide voice. When cash is received after a processing is completed, guide which urges the effect is given. When a transaction is completed and the customer goes away from the device, a state is returened to the starting one and BGM is reproduced. Multiple guide words and high sound quality are reproduced by the richness of storage capacitance and high quality of CD and storage contents are not deteriorated.
