Abstract:
To provide an automatic ticket examination system, an automatic ticket examination method, and a program that allow a vulnerable pedestrian to use an automatic ticket examination machine safely.SOLUTION: A station service system 100 includes: an image acquisition part 211 that acquires a captured image of a user who uses an automatic ticket examination machine 1; a determination processing part 212 that determines whether the captured image acquired by the image acquisition part 211 includes an image of a vulnerable pedestrian; an identifying and processing part 213 that identifies a usage target passage, which is a ticket gate that the vulnerable pedestrian tries to use when the determination processing part 212 determines that the captured image includes the image of the vulnerable pedestrian; and a setting processing part 214 that allows the usage target passage identified by the identifying and processing part 213 to be used in a first direction, which is the direction in which the vulnerable pedestrian proceeds, and prohibits the use of a second direction, which is the opposite direction to the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
