Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency by comparing a train speed by a received limiting speed for the prescribed time when the received limiting speed information is the preset limiting speed or higher and by a limiting speed of upper position from the received limiting speed thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A controller on a train compares and checks limiting speed information from a ground element received by a train element with a train speed, and outputs a brake command. When the information is received, it judges whether the information is the preset limiting speed or higher or not. If larger than the set limiting speed, it compares the train speed with the re ceived limiting speed as a reference for the prescribed time, and switches to the limiting speed of upper position from the received limiting speed thereafter to compare the train speed. Thus, the operating time can be shortened.
