In the automatic transmission control means, in the case of the accelerator opening changing by a prescribed amount or more corresponding to a transient operation condition, a direct connection condition is released, in the throttle valve control means, in the case of the accelerator opening changing by the prescribed amount or more, a follow-up condition of the throttle opening is delayed.
