Title:
AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5914400
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a generator by providing two voltage rising and falling set input circuits which can alter the set values only when a contact is closed. CONSTITUTION:Control gate circuits 22a, 22b open gates only while an operation switch 19 or 20 is operating or while a voltage rising or falling signal of an automatic synchronous energizing unit 16 or a reactive power regulator 18 is generating, and a pulse from a pulse generator 21 is transmitted to an integration and subtraction counter 23. The integrated value of the counter 23 is converted by a digital-to-analog converter 24 to an analog voltage value. A deviation amplifier 8 controls the phase of a thyristor 11 in response to the deviation between the output voltage of a voltage detector 4 representing the output voltage of a generator 1 and the output voltage of the converter 24. In this manner, the state immediately before the disconnection of a cable can be maintained even when the cable is disconnected.
