PURPOSE: To allow even a beginner user apt to fail in taking proper car temporary parking position to simply operate the equipment by measuring the distance between an operation means and a vehicle and moving the operation means so as to make the distance with the vehicle constant based on the result of measurement.

CONSTITUTION: When an automobile 3 stops in front of a pass automatic vending machine main body 10, a CPU 21 drives a recognition device 11, and when the recognition of the driver is discriminated, a distance measurement device 13 measures the distance between the car body of the automobile 3 at the driver's side and the vending machine main body 10. When the automobile 3 is discriminated to be at a stop position by a prescribed distance or over from the machine 10, a drive section 23 is driven to forward the main body 10 through a mobile rail 2 by a position resulting from subtracting the prescribed distance from the measured value till the main body 10 comes to a position offering ease of operation for the driver. Thus, the distance between the vending machine main body 10 and the automobile 3 is brought into the optimum value for operating the vending machine main body 10 while the driver takes a driving seat independently of the stop position of the automobile 3.
