PURPOSE: To expose various function parts, formed to the portion in a peripheral direction of a table, to the outside of a cushion by a method wherein through manual operation of a driver, the table is rotated in a given angle arc around a shaft body serving as a rotation center.

CONSTITUTION: When, through manual operation of a driver, a table 15 is rotat ed in a given angel arc around a shaft body 17 serving as a rotation center, various function parts 20a-20c or small article pockets 21a and 21b, formed to the portion in a peripheral direction of the table 15 formed in a circular shape, are exposed to the outside of seat cushions 11a and 11b. Through further rotation of the table 15, the various function parts are concealed inwardly of the seat cushions. Namely, by properly varying the rotation angle of the rotary enclosed type table 15, the function parts 20a-20c or the small article pockets 21 and 221b mounted to the table 15 can be freely moved to the outside and the inside of the seat cushions 11a and 11b.
