Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately ground an on-vehicle antenna.SOLUTION: One end of an antenna element 18 is connected with an amplifier module 20, and the other end is open. A harness 22 is connected with the amplifier module 20. The amplifier module 20 includes an amplifier circuit that amplifies a signal received by the antenna element 18 and outputs the signal to the harness 22. A ground terminal of the amplifier module 20 is connected with a reinforcement member of a back door. The reinforcement member of the back door is made of a conductive material such as metal, and a spoiler antenna 16 operates as an unbalanced antenna using the reinforcement member as a ground conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
