CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of pads 22, 23 are interposed in the general portion of an intermediate contact member 20 within occupants' easy reach and the thickness of each pad is set to the wall thickness of the member 20 and also one kind of pad is interposed in the waist portion of the intermediate contact member 20 so as to set the thickness of the waist portion to a thin one, and effects caused by dispersion of the wound tension of an intermediate contact surface member 24 are thus eliminated.
