Abstract:
To provide an automotive transmission oil composition which can enhance the coefficient of intermetallic friction and hence can achieve a high transfer torque capacity.
This automotive transmission oil composition is prepared by compounding a lube base oil with (A) an oil-soluble metal salt perbasified with a specific alkaline earth metal borate and (B) a sulfur-containing extreme pressure additive.
