Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely connect electrically a chip part or the like to an electric equipment. SOLUTION: This equipment is an equipment for facilitating conduction between electrodes in a chip part 1 with electrode surfaces 11, 12, and has a pallet 1, plural fitting holes 21 in the pallet, contactors 3 fitted to the holes respectively, a spring 4 for energizing it to an arrow direction, and a guide case 5 or the like. When the chip part 1 is mounted on a contact surface 31 of the contactor, and other contactor similar to the contactor 3 is contacted to the electrode surface 12 to be pushed down, proper contact face pressure is provided by the spring 4 to easily and surely contact the contactor with the electrode and to easily connect the electrode to a measuring device via the contactor. Measurement for the chip part or the like, mechanization and automation for voltage impression are facilitated.
