To reduce a bicycle without a light to decrease a traffic accident, by retaining an electric drive type illuminating means on a decoration tool to be fitted to a bicycle main body to connect the illuminating means to by dynamo output by an electricity-feeding connecting means.
Character display bodies 10 are equipped on the front and back of a decoration tool 1, and flashing type luminous elements 21 and 22, composed of flashing type luminous diodes LEDs 1 and 2, are retained on a front side with a base part made recessed; also an ever-lighting type luminous element 23, composed of an ever-lighting type luminous diode LED 3, is retained on a back surface side with the base part made recessed. The luminous diodes LED 1-3 are an electric drive type illiminating means 2 driven by dynamo output, and connect the mating flashing type LEDs 1 and 2 in parallel to connect the ever-lighting LED 3 in series. The lead wires 31 and 32 of plus (+) an minus (-) of both the ends of a circuit are connected to a dynamo, thereby improving a whole traffic moral.
