Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing device which manufactures an axial component by adjusting the central positions of a shaft and a thrust plate to the same center.

The device comprises a first press jig 40 for holding a shaft 12 as an axis of rotation and a second pressing jig 42 for holding a thrust plate 20 which generates fluid dynamic pressure in the direction of thrust. While the second press jig 42 holds the thrust plate 20 to which the shaft 12 is press fitted, it has a rest 60 mounted on a base 50 which comprises the main part of the second pressing jig 42. The rest 60 rises from the base 50 by a medium buffer part 70 formed by a medium which is directed toward a center line 38, in the radius direction of the center line 38 of the first and second pressing jigs 40 and 42. The rest is also mounted so that it is movable within a prescribed limit range in the radial direction. The axial component is manufactured by press-fitting the shaft 12 into an axial hole 18 formed in the center of the thrust plate 20.
