PURPOSE: To provide the axle-weight transfer device of a rear two-axle vehicle for evading air supply to an air spring when vehicle body displacement is not transmitted to a leveling valve.

CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a leveling valve 30 wherein a valve main body is supported on a bracket 31 and a switching lever 37 is protruded from the valve main body, and the leveling valve 30 is provided with a stopper arm 82 wherein one end side is energized upward to be rotatably supported at the bracket position on the side opposite to the lever where the valve main body is nipped, and the other end side contacts the lower part of the valve main body to be extended to a position where the other end side is faced with the lower end of the switching lever 37. Consequently, at the time when this device is on-vehicle, when the vertical displacement of a vehicle body is not transmitted to the leveling valve 30 due to the hindrance of a transmission system e.g. such as the falling of a rod, the lowering of the switching lever 37 is regulated by a stopper arm 82 in the neutral dead region of the leveling valve 30 to inhibit the switching of the leveling valve 30 to an air supply side.
