To provide a baby protection case capable of protecting a baby against a traffic accident or the like when the baby is housed in the case and placed in an automobile and protecting the baby against a disaster such as an earthquake when the baby is housed in the case.

The baby protection case comprises a case body 1 formed of a rigid member, a cover body openably/closeably provided on the case body 1, a cushioning material 13 provided with a baby housing recess 11 and disposed inside the case body 1, baby holding clothing 14 holding the baby 9 and fixed inside the recess 11 and air holes 25 and a handle 27 that are provided on the cover body 3. The case body 1 is fixed on a seat 31 of the automobile by its seat belt 29 in a state where the cover body 3 is closed on the case body 1 and the case body 1 is placed so that the body of the baby is placed in a horizontal direction perpendicular to a travelling direction of the automobile.
