PURPOSE: To eliminate the difference between workers to some extent and to divide an initial significance attaching process by providing a rough meaning origin store part, a frequently emerging word store part, an initial significance attaching part, and a comparing/integrating part.

CONSTITUTION: An initial significance attaching part 1 backs up an operator so that he/she can select the prescribed words at selection of the rough meaning origin of a shown independent word or a substitutable frequently emerging word. Then a comparing/integrating part 2 automatically calculates and integrates the distances among the rough meaning origin selected by the part 1, a substitutable frequently emerging word, and the shown independent word. Thus the operator can easily integrate these three factors. In such a constitution, the prescribed words can be used by selection of the rough meaning origin or the substitutable frequently emerging word. Therefore the difference between workers can be eliminated to some extent. In such a constitution, the meaning origin of a large scale structure is formed in a short time with division of work.
