PURPOSE: To prevent a component which gives bad influence to a living body from eluting into blood, to improve blood compatibility and to reduce damage given to thrombocyte by constituting a bag and a tube for medical treatment of a mixture of an aliph. polyester expressed by a specified repeating unit or at least one of the aliph. polyester and another polymer.
CONSTITUTION: An aliph. polyester of a formula (where x is an integer of at least 0 and y and z are each an integer of at least 1 and R is a hydrogen atom, an unsatd. or satd. aliph. hydrocarbon group, or a satd. aliph. hydrocarbon group having a halogen atom or a functional group of hydroxyl, carboxyl, suifo or amino group) is synthesized by a microorganism or a chem. synthesis method. The aliph. polyester like this alone or a mixt. of at least one of the aliph. polyester and another polymer is made into a bag or a tube for medical treatment.
