PURPOSE: To facilitate baggage securing by inserting each end section of a plurality of elastic cords into a fixed body, securing a baggage in such a way that each adjusting hook is located in the middle of each cord, inserting each cord into the fixed body so as to be pulled out, and thereby fixing the fixed hooks at both the ends of each cord in a baggage retaining cord for a bicycle and the like.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of elastic cords 1 (for example two each) are inserted into the insertion hole 2A of a fixed body 2. In this case, each cord is inserted into four insertion holes 2A in such a way as to be advanced in the way of face-to-back-to-face, so that each adjusting hook 4 in a hook shape is secured at the middle of each cord. And each fixing hook 3 in a hook shape is fixed onto both the ends of each cord 1 which goes out radially out of the fixed body 2. In this constitution, the fixed hooks 3 are locked on a pallet P, so that the fixed body 2 is set at an optimum position for securing the baggage with the adjusting hooks 4 adjusted in position.
