Abstract:
To provide a baked confectionery dough having flavor and texture, full of smooth and melty milky feeling, and having little daily change of flavor; and to provide a baked confectionery.SOLUTION: There are provided a baked confectionery dough satisfying following conditions of (1) and (2), and a baked confectionery formed by baking the baked confectionery dough: (1) an oil content in the baked confectionery dough is 15 mass% or more, and a moisture content is 15 mass% or more, (2) a nonfat milk solid content in the baked confectionery dough is 10 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
