To provide a ball feeding and polishing device and its utilization device, which can lower operating expenditure, and can make its maintenance easier when balls such as pachinko balls are polished while being fed.
A ball feeding and polishing device 9 has balls A arranged in a plurality of rows, and polishes the balls A by pressing them onto the surface of a polishing paper 110 while being fed by a rotor 52. The center position 110a of the width 100W of the polishing paper 110 is so disposed as to be different by 1/4 of a row interval P from the center position of a plurality of the rows for the balls A. The used polishing paper 110 is taken up by the other reel. When the polishing paper 110 has been used up, the polishing paper 110 is replaced together with the reel, each ball A is positioned to a place of the polishing paper 110 where each ball has not been brought into contact with the polishing paper previously, the polishing paper 110 can thereby be used again. In the other constitution, the polishing paper 110 is changed into an endless cloth belt, and let the cloth belt meander in the width direction. If meandering is changed in phase with respect to one revolution of the cloth belt, the locus of each ball A covers the surface of the cloth belt while its surface is being utilized most efficiently. Since the belt is endless, its replacement and maintenance can be performed at an arbitrary time.
