CONSTITUTION: A take-up mechanism part 10 for taking up a used cloth belt 80 with the driving force of motors 17 and 41 and a mounting mechanism part 50 for mounting an unused cloth belt 80 are fitted on the back side of a ball grinding and up-feeding 1, and only the dirty part of the cloth belt 80 is taken up based on the signal of a dirt sensor 88.
