One shaft raceway groove 5 of the screw shaft 3 consists of two shaft raceway grooves 5 each having a groove perpendicular sectional shape, namely, a high load shaft raceway groove 5a and a high speed shaft raceway groove 5b, which are connected to each other via a connection portion 6.
