Abstract:
To reciprocate a ball screw at a high speed by increasing a lead of the ball screw by three or more times.
This ball screw has the lead of three time or more of a pitch diameter, a nut inner cylindrical portion 1a of a nut member 1 is formed by plasticity processing such as hydraulic press, and plastic, rubber, wood, magnesium, aluminum and their combined material is placed on a nut outer cylindrical portion 1b to absorb vibration generated on a ball screw part.
