To provide a band fitting structure which simplifies assembling work with reduced numbers of components and enables attainment of a sense of unity of a case and a band.

A fixed member 17 is inserted into an insertion recess 12 provided in the end part 2a of a watch band 2, while a band fitting part 10 provided on the lateral side of a case main body 7 is inserted into the insertion recess 12. In this state, a fixing pin 15 of a fitting member 14 is inserted into a through-hole 11 of the band fitting part 10 from one insertion hole 13 of the watch band 2 through a fitting hole 20 provided in one fitting part 19 of the fixed member 17. Then, a screw 16 is inserted into a fitting hole 20 provided in the other fitting part 19 of the fixed member 17 from the other insertion hole 13 of the watch band 2, so as to be screwed in a threaded hole 15a of the fixing pin 15. Accordingly, the watch band 2 and the fixed member 17 can be fitted at one time to the band fitting part 10 of the case main body 7 and thus the case 7 and the watch band 2 can be fitted together firmly, with reduced numbers of components, while a gap between them is held down.
