Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stretched state of a bandsaw from being hindered by structuring a bandsaw tensioning device of a bandsaw tensioning weight suspended from one of the ends of a bandsaw tensioning lever, an ejection rod with the lower end supported on the other end of the bandsaw tensioning lever and the upper end engaged with a movable shaft and a vibration absorbing device interposed between the one ends of the tensioning weight and the tensioning level.
SOLUTION: A bandsaw tensioning weight 5 is suspended on one of the ends of a bandsaw tensioning lver 4 installed in a freely rotatable manner, while the other end of the tensioning lever 4 is engaged with the lower end of an ejection rod 6 through a supporting shaft 6a or the like. The upper end of the ejection rod 6 is engaged with a bearing for a movable shaft 1a and an upper saw wheel 1 is rotated centered around a rotary shaft 1b to be urged in a direction in which the wheel 1 becomes separated from a lower saw wheel 2. A vibration absorbing device 7 reduces vertical vibration to be generated by the acceleration to the tensioning weight 5 by the vertical shaking of the tensioning lever 4 following the stretching of the bandsaw 3 and is interposed in a route between the end part of the tensioning lever 4 and the tensioning weight 5. Thus it is possible to effectively prevent a vibration generated by the variation of a bandsaw tensioning force during the rotary operation of the bandsaw 3 from being transmitted to the tensioning weight 5, even when the vibration is generated in the tensioning lever 4 following the stretching of the bandsaw 3.
