Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the driving means for winding rollers and attain miniturization, weight reduction, and the like, by transmitting only one's rotation in the rewinding direction into the other's winding direction in accelerating state, and controlling transmitted torque so as to always apply tension to a wound tape.
CONSTITUTION: A first winding roller 4 winds up a tape T only, and a second winding roller 7 winds up the tape T together with a bank note P. The bank note is received or delivered, by winding up and rewinding the tape T between both rollers 4, 7. In this case, either of both rollers 4, 7 is rotated in both directions of winding and rewinding by a driving means including a drive shaft 18. Further, only one's rotation in the rewinding direction in both winding rollers 4, 7 is transmitted into the other's winding direction while being accelerated by an acceleration transmitting means 12. Further a torque limiter 6 controlling transmitted torque is arranged in the acceleration transmitting means 12 for giving tension to the tape T all the time.
