PURPOSE: To adjust numbers of various types of bankbooks in response to using frequencies and to contain them in a bankbook container by providing feeding mechanisms at both sides of the container, and providing a partition plate movably in the container.

CONSTITUTION: A bankbook issuing machine 11 feeds bankbooks 2 contained in bankbook containers 14-16 one by one by feeding mechanisms 12, 13, and comprises the mechanisms 12, 13 provided at both sides of the container 15, and a movable partition plate 17 provided in the container 15. As a result, various types of the bankbooks are adjusted in numbers of the bankbooks in response to its using frequencies, and can be contained in the containers. A containing space of the bankbooks which have low using frequency can be effectively used, and number of times for supplementing the bankbooks having high using frequency is reduced thereby to improve an operability of a bankbook terminal writer. Further, the number of the bankbooks contained can be observed at a glance according to a position where the plate is fixed.
