PURPOSE: To construct a stable banking effectively and safely by reinforcing the banking with diotextile and at the same time, protecting the slope face of banking with beams.

CONSTITUTION: A diotextile 4, at one of whose ends a beam having stiffness against bending is installed as a cross-beam 5, is laid so that end fitted with the cross-beam 5 is situated flush with the surface of a slope concerned. After forming a banking, rolling, and slope face shaping, diotextile 4 of the same structure as the diotextile 4 is laid on the banking so that the end fitted with the cross-beam 5 is flush with the slope face. A beam having stiffness against bending is installed as a vertical beam 6 in such a way as straddling the lower cross-beam 5 and the upper cross-beam 5 fixed to the diotextile 4, and this operation cycle is repeated to complete construction of the banking.
