Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device while improving productivity.
SOLUTION: This barrel polishing device is composed of a barrel tank 2 having a work and abrasive materials put therein to polish the work, a pressure reducing device 25 capable of being connected to the barrel tank 2 and reducing pressure in the barrel tank 2, and a hopper 27 storing abrasive materials discharged form the barrel tank 2 and capable of being connected to the barrel tank 2 and introducing abrasive materials to the barrel tank 2. In this barrel polishing device, action for reducing pressure in the barrel tank 2 by the pressure reduction device 25 allows to quickly introduce abrasive materials to the barrel tank 2 from the hopper 27 and to prepare for next barrel polishing.
